Production Description
The main shaft of the thickened stainless steel flat mouth feed mixer is equipped with two rotating speeds. The high speed is used for mixing and the low speed can be used for discharging. The mixer can be started directly with materials. When the high-efficiency mixer is mixing, the materials in the machine, under the action of the scraper, on the one hand, act towards the radial end along the inner wall of the cylinder, and on the other hand, splash along the linear direction of both sides of the scraper. When the material flows through the flying knife (double speed), it is strongly scattered by the high-speed rotating flying knife. Under the combined action of the scraper and the flying knife, the material is continuously convection, diffusion and turning, so as to achieve uniform mixing in a very short time.
